The  half day SWOT360 environmental scan course connects the dots between the traditional SWOT and the business' accelerators and roadblocks This in turn informs the business goals and business model.

Strategy execution from a to z

By the end of the one day program, participants will learn about the core challenges of strategy execution. They will learn how to apply the AXYZ logic to address these challenges. During a ten step process they will learn an agile technique to structure their ideas on one page. They will use framing techniques to cascade the strategy into next levels of actions, develop a strategic performance process and apply collaboration principles to improve people engagement, organizational intelligence and productivity.

The one day program develops knowledge and skills to hold conversations to inform, design and facilitate the formulation of strategic direction and principles based on the openaxyz framing techniques. They learn to apply Nine Strategic Conversations, and how to apply this to their current context.

Creating meaningful KPI

Workshops and user coaching is available to create links between business milestones, best practices and performance management, and then to measure for results. Participants learn how to apply the AXYZ logic and framing technique and develop a map to solve a key challenge they face. They will also learn how to navigate on the toolset and continue to apply the logic once they leave the workshop. Post workshop RIC Centre analysts and consultants can assist in enriching their thinking and also encourage the utilization of measurements to track progress.

Stratex strategic business design

STRATEX action learning programmes aim to equip participants with a simple, yet powerful stepped method to master the process of strategy design and execution.
