User training?
It takes on average two hours to coach users in understanding the framing technique, the AXYZ logic and how to navigate effectively on the toolset. openaxyz™ is very intuitive and built around the user experience to make it easy for users to adopt and deploy.
User support?
How much user support must be provided once it is implemented?
After training users in the method and toolset, all that is required is monthly or two monthly refreshing of content and updating of status and measurements. Technical user support is provided via an on-line support request feature.
